Permissions

All material on this site and network is copyright © by Georgetown Grassroots Publications.

Although permission in most circumstances is not required to redistribute information, either in print or electronically.
We are an open format and our objective is idea driven.  As much as we encourage others to share their insights and knowledge to our network we equally encourage others to share this same information with their networks and spheres of influence as well.
In almost all cases, we prefer that when this is done that you link to articles on our site rather than reproducing them online.
If you are going to re-post, make copies for distribution, or copy we ask the following:
•Provide attribution to the author and copyright holder on the reprint. In other words, you can't say that you wrote the article or that your organization is now the copyright holder. You must clearly indicate on your reprint who originally wrote the article.
•Only use the reprint for noncommercial purposes. If you charge people to view your Web site, charge for printed copies, or want to use the articles in a for-profit book, you'll have to ask for explicit permission.
•Do not modify the article. We invite your commentary and even synopsis of an article but the original author had intent in the structure and wording of their article and we strictly discourage re-writing portions of their articles.
